By engaging my artistic services, you acknowledge that I retain the right to showcase my creations on my website and promotional materials. I assure you that I am committed to never duplicating your artwork for prints or utilizing it on external websites. Client emails may be shared as testimonials on my website. However, if you have reservations about the display of your artwork or emails, kindly inform me promptly. Your comfort is of utmost importance. 

I also maintain the copyright for all the artwork I create and showcase 

General - 

My artistic process relies heavily on photographs. Before initiating work on your portrait, please share with me via email the finest photos you can capture of your subject. I'll provide guidance and advise you on which picture would be most suitable for your portrait. Taking photos specifically for the commission is recommended when possible. You can consult my photography tips to help you in achieving the optimal result! 

Prior to commencing the final portrait, I provide preliminary mock-ups, sharing them with the client via email for approval. Once the portrait is finished, a watermarked final photo will be emailed to the client for approval. Any minor adjustments desired by the client can be communicated at this stage. I am dedicated to working closely with clients until they are completely satisfied with the portraits. In the rare instance where issues with the artwork persist and cannot be resolved to the client's satisfaction, there is an option to either cancel the order or the final payment. Once the client approved the work, final payment must be made and the final total is non refundable.

Pencil or coloured portraits are sketched on off-white paper and come without frames, featuring a plain or subtly shaded background. Should you require a multi figure portrait, a montage, or background, please reach out to me via Email. I will be happy to quote for you.

Payment

A non refundable deposit is required to save your space in my commissions list. Canadian clients can make payment via bank transfer.
